1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Stablecoins Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What We Are (and Aren't)

Stablecoins Club is a platform for listing and discovering digital goods. Transactions use USDC/USDT on Polkadot Asset Hub.

We are NOT:

• A party to any transaction
• A custodian of funds or assets
• An escrow service or payment processor
• A mediator or dispute resolver
• A guarantor of delivery or quality

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying other users before transacting
• Ensuring your listings comply with laws
• Delivering products as described
• Understanding blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Conducting due diligence

You agree NOT to:

• List illegal goods or services
• Engage in fraud or deception
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for money laundering
• Harass or abuse other users
• Manipulate or exploit the platform
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

4. Transactions

All transactions occur directly between users via blockchain. We do not process, hold, or have access to any funds.

You acknowledge:

• Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions
• You're responsible for correct wallet addresses
• Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not us
• We're not liable for loss due to user error or blockchain issues

5. Content and Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for listing accuracy. We may remove listings that violate these terms, offer illegal goods, contain false information, or infringe intellectual property.

By creating a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content.

6. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

We disclaim warranties for:

• Merchantability or fitness for purpose
• Accuracy of listings
• Uninterrupted operation
• Security of platform or blockchain

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of funds or cryptocurrency
• Disputes between users
• Non-delivery or defective products
• Fraudulent activity by users
• Blockchain network failures
• Loss of wallet access
• Any indirect or consequential damages

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Stablecoins Club from claims arising from your use, violations of these terms, legal violations, or content you submit.

8. Privacy

We collect minimal information. See our Privacy Policy for details. Authentication uses wallet signatures—no passwords required.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, fraud, abuse, or at our discretion.

You may stop using anytime. Since we don't hold funds, you always control your cryptocurrency.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts.

You waive rights to jury trial and class action participation.

11. Cryptocurrency Risks

By using this platform, you accept these risks:

• Cryptocurrency values can be volatile (even stablecoins may depeg)
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Smart contract bugs may affect functionality
• Regulatory changes may impact usage
• You're responsible for wallet security
• Lost private keys mean permanent loss of funds
• We cannot recover lost or stolen cryptocurrency

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: Unenforceable provisions don't affect remaining terms
• Entire Agreement: These terms plus Privacy Policy constitute full agreement
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce doesn't waive rights
• Assignment: You can't transfer these terms; we can
